Croquis
A small collection of different Croquis drawings done with pencil and crayons.
The drawings vary from 30 second time span and up to 5 minute drawings.

Assignment:
Create a series of illustrations for a children's book about an animal zoo.

I decided to go for a clearly realistic style throughout the illustrations. But to add a bit of humanity to the animals I made sure the eyes were extra clear and human so that one would fell more inclined to look at the cuteness of the animal. The style was extra clear in the picture of the pig which becomes almost human. All the drawings were extremely saturated to give an extra element to a bunch of otherwise grey and filthy animals.
